Delivery options are configured for Canada, the United States and selected European destinations. Available services depend on your delivery address, the items in your order and parcel weight. Please check availability at checkout before payment.

These transit estimates are separate from order preparation and are not guaranteed arrival dates. The rate and available services shown at checkout apply to your order. Customs checks, carrier disruptions and other delays may affect arrival.
Preparing your order
Please contact us before ordering if you need a dress for a particular celebration. We can confirm preparation time and available delivery options for the item you choose.
Addresses and returned parcels
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes are subject to the stage of fulfillment. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you about available options and any applicable redelivery charges before proceeding. This does not limit your legal rights.
Tracking and delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged in transit or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and discuss the appropriate resolution.
Customs and import charges
Customs processing can affect delivery time. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure which duties or import charges apply to your destination.
